2. Subscription Purchases
All subscription purchases are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Purchasing the wrong subscription plan.
- Accidental purchases.
- Renewing a subscription by mistake.
- Deciding not to use the Service after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction resulting from failure to review the Service before purchasing.
Users are responsible for selecting the subscription plan that best meets their needs.

3. Image Token Purchases
Purchased image tokens are non-refundable.
Image tokens:
- Never expire.
- Remain associated with your account.
- Become temporarily unavailable if you do not have an active subscription.
- Automatically become available again when a new subscription is activated.
Unused image tokens are not eligible for refunds.

4. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing or technical error, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, any approved refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

5. Platform Outages
If Manuskripta experiences a platform-wide service interruption caused by our systems, subscription time will be paused for the duration of the outage.
Once the Service is restored, your subscription will automatically resume with the remaining time available.
Platform outages do not qualify for refunds.

6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, you should immediately contact:
- Your bank or card issuer; and
- Paystack, our payment processor.
Investigations relating to unauthorized payment transactions are handled between the payment processor, your financial institution, and the relevant authorities where applicable.
Manuskripta is not responsible for investigating or resolving disputes relating to unauthorized card use.
