Welcome to Manuskripta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manuskripta platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Manuskripta, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Your Account

An account deletion feature is planned for a future release.

You may renew or purchase another subscription immediately after exhausting your available generation limits, even if your current subscription has not yet reached its expiration date.

- Your newly purchased subscription becomes active immediately.

5. Image Tokens
Certain image-generation features use prepaid image tokens.
Purchased image tokens:
- Never expire.
- Remain associated with your account.
- Become temporarily unavailable while no active subscription exists.
- Automatically become available again when you activate a new subscription.
Additional image tokens may be purchased at any time.

6. Payments
All payments are processed before access to paid features is granted.
Unless otherwise stated during purchase, subscriptions remain active until their expiration date.

You retain ownership of the content generated for you using Manuskripta.
